Q: How long is the term for a signed lease?
A: We offer flexible 12 month lease options with lease start dates in May, June, July and August.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Mckee Place Apartments allows pets* with an additional fee.
*Breed and weight restrictions apply.
Q: To whom do I make my check payable?
A: Make all checks to Pitt Blue Holdings LP. When writing checks or money order, you must include your name, apartment number and building number for correct processing.
Q: Can I pay my rent online?
A: Yes! We have teamed up with PayLease for online payments. You have the options to pay via echeck (fee free) or with a credit card (there is a service fee to use your credit card). To set up a free account with PayLease, just click HERE.
Paying online is fast and easy.
Q: Do I need renter's insurance?
A: Before you move in, it is important for you to obtain renters' insurance. This is a special insurance policy that protects the contents of your apartment from loss or damage due to fire, theft, or other catastrophic events. A policy of this type is quite affordable. The premium is calculated based upon the value of your furniture and other personal possessions. Mckee Place Apartments has teamed with Nationwide Insurance to get your rates even lower. Ask the office to get a quote for you today.
Q: Who arranges the utilities?
A: While the water, sewer, and trash our paid by Mckee Place, you will be responsible for setting up the cable, internet, gas and electric. We are able to assist you with the information required to make this process simple. Because utilities such as gas, electric, cable, Internet service and telephone service will be placed in your name, it is your responsibility to call and order service before you move in.
Q: What about laundry?
A: Laundry is always near-by, no matter where you live at Mckee Place. Mckee Place Apartments offers Smart Card technology to make doing laundry even easier.
